Tacoma Public Schools and community partners have come together to offer Beyond the Bell. Beyond the Bell lets you choose from more activities at your school than ever before. Choose from options for before and after school, in-service days, and school breaks.

Explore your middle school options in time for choice enrollment

No matter what your middle school fit is, this year all middle schools in Tacoma Public Schools are showcasing their unique programs and offerings with virtual or pre-recorded events. Whether you plan to attend your neighborhood school or apply for choice enrollment, this is a great opportunity to learn more about the school you’ll attend next year.

Choice enrollment applications for grades 1-12 due by Jan. 21

Whether you’re interested in advanced programs, International Baccalaureate, arts, athletics, going to school within Point Defiance Park, or all of the above, kids living within the boundaries of Tacoma Public Schools have choices. Students have the option to attend their neighborhood school or apply to attend another TPS school.
